Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TagFinch (https://tagfinch.co), operated by TagFinch ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

TagFinch generates suggested product titles, tags, descriptions and related marketing copy from the information you provide, using artificial intelligence. Output is a suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing it and for what you publish in your shop, including its accuracy and compliance with marketplace rules and the law.

2. Accounts

You need a valid email address to use the service. Keep access to your email secure; anyone with it can sign in to your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live.

3. Plans, payments and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Usage allowances reset each billing period and unused listings do not carry over. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to describe products you are not permitted to sell, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to what you submit and to the output generated for you. You grant us permission to process your input only to provide the service.

6. No affiliation

TagFinch is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Gumroad or Pinterest. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email before they take effect.
