This policy explains what TagFinch collects when you use TagFinch and why.

What we collect

Your email address, to create your account and sign you in. The product information you submit and the listings generated for you, so you can see your history. Your plan, usage count and subscription status. Basic technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle shares with us your subscription status and a customer identifier.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI text generation) and Paddle (payments). Your product descriptions are sent to Anthropic only to generate your listings.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@tagfinch.co. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or KVKK, including access, correction and objection.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
